There have been quite a few changes at the Garden since March 2019, and there are going to be a few more going forward too!

Q: Do I have to be a member to use The Garden facilities?
A: Yes and No.
Firstly, did you previously book with Emily and Jo?
If Yes? Then the answer is no you do not need to pay a community membership in 2019 but will in 2020 and yes, you can also access the 12 week membership for $1000 by clicking here.
If the answer is No. You have never been a previous member of The Garden then you have two types of memberships to choose from. 12 week Full membership ($1,000~ book here) or community membership ($10 per week for 12 weeks) $120 upfront book here.
To clarify this question again in simple terms, if you previously used The Garden under Emily and Jo, you do not need a membership in 2019 but will in 2020, and if you have never booked with Emily and Jo, you DO need a membership.
Q: Why do I have to pay a membership fee to use The Garden?
Supporting the Garden means we can support you.
Q: What do I get for my membership fee?
A: If you are a community member, you get the right to book the space (subject to availability) plus a 20% discount on contractor services from Metamorphosis Digital, and 20% off all Metamorphosis Digital Classes and services.
If you are a full time member, you get access to the space 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am -1pm Saturday PLUS 20% off classes, contractors and services PLUS no room hire charges.
Q: What rooms are available for hire?
The Acacia Retreat ~ open roof inside office seats roughly 4 @ $30 per hour
The Creator Multimedia Hub~ seats 3-4 at $149 per hour and includes a contractor to help with your recording.
Q: How do I pay or book?
A: All payments are done online, via the shop page here
Q: Who owns The Garden?
A: I do.

Q: Do you need to sign any paperwork to use space?
A: Yes. You need to sign a contractor services agreement. You can download it here, sign and snap it with your smart phone and send back, and then drop the original paperwork in on the day of your booking.
Q: Do you need a copy of my insurance paperwork?
You can snap it with your smart phone and send back or send via e mail, and then drop the original paperwork in on the day of your booking.
Q: How do we get access to the Garden on the evenings our course runs?
A: If your course or event is held between 9am -5pm Monday to Friday, someone will be here on site, otherwise all other times someone will let you in, and then please lock up, clean up, and turn all lights and heaters off on your way out.
Q: Is The Garden secure?
A: The Garden uses remote electronic swipe tags to get into the building, and the entire inside premises other than the bathroom is under full remote CCTV which can be accessed 24/7 by management and security
Q: When can I come down to check out space again, go over how to use the projector, where lights and heating and alarm are?
A: You are welcome to drop in any time between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Q: Can you please confirm how many people can fit in the main room – how many chairs/seats are available?
A: There are 26 oversized office chairs in the main Acacia Classroom.
We also have a about 12 random metal chairs you can grab too if you need from around the place.
Q: How do we go about promoting our courses through The Garden? Eg – do you need me to send you a poster to put up or is everything digital – do I just share my facebook posts with you, or send info via email?
All marketing can be sent through and scheduled, we don’t do much print, but we are happy to support you in any way if you have something you want to put up.
Q: Does the consulting room still have a massage table available? The Ross Smith rooms used to have a massage table available.
A: Yes. The Garden does still have a massage table, however we do not recommend massage as every room in The Garden facility is under 24/7 CCTV security.
Q: I heard you are looking for contractors and freelancers, is that true? What kind?
A: The Garden’s sister business is looking for freelancers and contractors who specialise in web, email marketing, writing, copywriting, graphic design, video and audio to provide hands on help with educational workshops.
Q: Does The Garden offer Digital Sales and Marketing Courses for business Owners?
A: The Garden and Metamorphosis Digital are owned by the same company, so all sales and marketing courses from Metamorphosis Digital are run out of The Garden Frankston.
