Q: Can I come chat with you, and/or check out the space at The Garden to see if it’s suitable for what I need?
A: Yes of course!
Bookings are available in blocks of 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
Please choose the time block which suits your needs best by using the calendar below.
Q: Do I have to be a member to use The Garden facilities?
A: No, you do not.
In 2020 The Garden has been re-opened to you–the people in our community– to help grow your business, regardless of whether you are a member of The Garden or not.
Q: Why Should I hire your workspace or classroom instead of somewhere else in Frankston?
This is a brave question, and I appreciate you having the courage to ask.
The Garden Frankston is owned by me– Nina Montgomery.
I’m a mum of 4 kids.
Hiring out a room at The Garden means the money you spend is invested back into our community….not going to a major company like Hoyts, not going to the city council or government, not going to a business that lives off business grants or venture capital. Instead, the money is circulated through the economy to the people who live and work here.
Supporting my business on The Mornington Peninsula, means I can support other business owners on The Mornington Peninsula too.
Q: What rooms are available for hire?
The Acacia Retreat ~ open inside office seats roughly 4 @ $30 per hour
The Creator Multimedia Hub~ seats 3-4 at $149 per day and includes a contractor to help with your recording.
Q: How do I pay or book?
A: All payments are done online, via the shop page here
Q: Who owns The Garden?
A: I do.

Q: How do we get access to the Garden on the evening our course runs?
A: If your course or event is held between 9am -5pm Monday to Friday, someone will be here on site during these times.,
If your event runs outside these times, someone will let you in and then we ask that you please lock up, clean up, and turn all lights and heaters off on your way out.
Q: Is The Garden secure?
A: The Garden uses remote electronic swipe tags to get into the building, and the entire inside premises other than the bathroom is under full remote CCTV which can be accessed 24/7 by management and security
Q: When can I come down to check out space again, go over how to use the projector, where lights and heating and alarm are?
A: You are welcome to drop in any time between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, I’d love to meet you and learn more about your business!

Q: Can you please confirm how many people can fit in the main room – how many chairs/seats are available?
A: There are 26 oversized office chairs in the main Acacia Classroom.
We also have approx 12 random metal chairs you can grab and use if you need as well.
Q: How do we go about promoting our courses through The Garden? Eg – do you need me to send you a poster to put up or is everything digital – do I just share my facebook posts with you, or send info via email?
All marketing can be sent through and scheduled, we don’t do much print, but we are happy to support you in any way if you have something you want to put up.
Q: Does the consulting room still have a massage table available? The Ross Smith rooms used to have a massage table available.
A: Yes. The Garden does still have a massage table, however we do not recommend massage as every room in The Garden facility is under 24/7 CCTV security.
Q: I heard you are looking for contractors and freelancers, is that true? What kind?
A: The Garden’s sister business is looking for freelancers and contractors who specialise in web, email marketing, writing, copywriting, graphic design, video and audio to provide hands on help with educational workshops.

Q: Does The Garden offer Digital Sales and Marketing Courses for business Owners?
A: The Garden and Metamorphosis Digital are owned by the same company, so all sales and marketing courses from Metamorphosis Digital are run out of The Garden Frankston.
In 2020 many courses have been put on hold as we focus on bringing a paid and free version of The Prosperity Project into the community.

Can The Acacia Retreat Classroom accommodate approx 15 people in a U shaped configuration?
Does The Garden Frankston supply a projector and if so what type?
Yes a projector is supplied.
It is an Epson EB-S140
Does The Garden Frankston supply a whiteboard?
Yes. Please advise if this is needed as we often use it for our own needs and will make sure it is clean for you when you arrive.
Does The Garden Frankston have a flipchart?
No. We do not.
Does The Garden Frankston have Strong Wi-Fi for guests and to run presentations?
We are still waiting for Telstra to connect NBN to our premises.
At such time we are running Pocket wi-fi.
You are welcome to use ours or bring your own.
This will be ok for presentations and web surfing, but won’t be good for uploading or downloading video.
Do you have catering available for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea? In-room Tea, Coffee and Water Facilities?
The Garden Frankston has a mini kitchen equipped with the following:
Mini Kitchen with kettle, tea/coffee, microwave, mini fridge.
BYO coffee or Milk or advise if you need us to supply and The Garden will make sure we have what you need for when you arrive.
For catering purposes, we support local small businesses over commercial larger business.

Where do you recommend people park and are you aware of costs?
Parking is directly across the road next to Tasman Meats.
I think pricing is approx $8- $12 for the day
How much is a 2 day booking in The Acacia Retreat Classroom and how do I book?

Do I have to pay for my booking to be locked in and confirmed?
To confirm your booking, you need to book and pay in full for your dates to be secured.
