This meditation group is designed to introduce people to the power of meditation as a tool to achieve a deep and rejuvenating relaxation.
Each session includes a short discussion about meditation and to answer any questions you may have. This is then followed by an easy to follow guided meditation designed to ignite your imagination while relaxing your body and mind.
Classes are kept small so that you can enjoy a friendly and supportive environment.
Chairs are provided. You may want to bring a yoga mat, bean bag, pillow and blanket if that is more comfortable for you. Water, tea and coffee are available.
