‘Mandala’ is the Sanskrit world for circle, and has been descibed as a way of visually representing the Universe. This workshop will encourage children to personally express themselves with a range of natural materials. The participants will be unrushed as through this therapeutic process which will promote mindfulness and relaxation. Each participant will be emailed with a photo of their mandala and a summary of three key things that were discovered during this process. All materials are included.

Parents are welcome to enjoy free coffee and tea and can connect to The Garden’s FREE wifi during the workshop, or catch up on some work using the co-workspace for $10.00. Alternatively, you could visit Bayside Shopping Centre which has a wide selection of shops and cafes.
