Everyone’s dreams are different and everyone has many different paths that they need to take to reach their dreams. To find our way sometimes we need to take the unknown path, at these times we must be brave and have the courage to move forward otherwise we might not reach our dream.
Are you ready to face your fears and follow your heart?
Do you have the courage to take action?
The reality is that nothing is ever going to change, if we don’t take action and fear is the biggest action stopper!
When we are able to break through the fear and find the courage to be authentic to who we are, we will start to feel more at ease about the paths we choose to take, as each step down these paths will allow us feel more connected to ourselves and less attached to what others think of us.
As we start taking action and moving down our path to our dreams others will project their fears onto us as they just want to protect and keep us safe.
It’s important not to allow their fears to clip our wings. We must have the courage to trust in our self and take flight and know that we will always be able to find our way home.
When we open up to being honest, raw and true to our self then we allow others to see our vulnerabilities and this gives them an opportunity to get to know us and see our beaming courage and inner strength.
We must be able to stand strong and with confidence when we show the world our uniqueness, quirkiness and individual character traits as these attributes will leave a lasting impression and will make us stand out from everyone else.
In this lifetime, it is our responsibility and choice to show up, take action and be present.
When we are being courageous we might start to feel overwhelmed or anxious as we are trying something new and outside our comfort zone. This is where Mindfulness can help.
Mindfulness breath meditation is a key tool that you can use to help calm the mind and the body and give you the resilience to keep moving forward.
During a breath mediation we navigate our focus to the breath, we take the time to regulate our breathing pattern so it can return back to a steady pace. We allow the thoughts to settle in the background of the mind and we become the observer of the breath.
If we can move our focus to our breath than we can stop ruminating in our negative stories, which helps to alleviate the feelings of anxiety and worry.
When we befriend our thoughts and practice loving kindness and self -compassion, we will start to know that we are enough even if we make a mistake. We give ourselves the freedom to walk with our heads held up high, and strut with confidence through the unknown.
Courage isn’t having the strength to go on – it is going on when you don’t have strength.Napolean Bonaparte
Courage is the key quality that builds up our resilience, it gives us the power to keep going and to keep getting up time after time, no matter how many falls we take. When we have the courage to take action then we start to see real change occur.
Do you have the courage and trust within yourself to know that no matter what path you take you will always be able to find your way back home?
