You don’t have to make apologies for who you are.

Amanda and Suzanne wrote this blog post for The Prosperity Project, and it’s one of my favourites, if not my all time favourite of all the works done so far.

In this post they explain what it means to get to the point where you 100% love and accept yourself just as you are.

You have worked through all 36 of the mindfulness modules taught and now are ready to head out on your own and into the greater world at large– a little bit like turning 18 as a grown up and leaving home for the first time.

In The Prosperity Project Journey of 1,000 Steps – this is our last card where the instructors have taught you as much as they can….and it is a time when you are ready to move from independence to interdependence.

A place and time where you’re strong enough to give back, and hold your own in a community without compromising your identity.

You Know Who You Are and You Don’t Make Any Apologies

Amanda has this super simple mantra you can keep and use again and again.

I love and accept myself right now in this very moment.

I am enough and will always be enough.

I am perfect as I am.

Not everybody is going to understand us and that’s okay.  We aren’t here to be understood by everyone, we are here to understand ourselves and our place in this world.

When we know who we are and don’t make apologies, we are set free from the self- doubt and self- hate and step into the self- love, self- worth and self- value.

We no longer rely on others to make us feel good or are affected by what they say or think, because we now understand our true identity is an extension of Source energy.

About – The Garden Mind Body Business.

Welcome To The Garden- Mind Body Business

Our mission is to encourage faith, hope, love, charity and freedom!

We do this by making a commitment to share a range of wholistic digital educational topics and opening up conversations on how

  • thoughts,
  • feelings,
  • worldviews,
  • beliefs
  • and behaviour

are influencing individuals and teams creating digital marketing along with the people who engage with it on a regular basis.

Wholistic Digital Education looks at many different subjects that make up mind, body, business and creativity and then brings these topics into open view allowing transparency to brought to individuals and communities so harmful and subconsciously programmed behaviour can be minimised.

One Mummy One Million dollars One Year

The website at The Garden Frankston is a personal vault of resources and content

I’m not an expert….and I’m not even a “real” digital marketer which means when you choose to engage with this site you do so at your own risk understanding all I am doing is sharing my knowledge as a concerned mother with what I see happening with social media and online marketing all around me.

I’ve been on an a never ending journey of self discovery for a few years now trying to understand how my economy ended up skewed, why business and unemployment was not quite what it seemed, asset prices were climbing, an entire generation of kids and adults were medicated with suicide and self harm starting to creep into everyday conversations.

Amidst all of this, I was standing by helplessly watching as my own kids were displaced in an education system so out of date that it was causing more harm than good with many teachers and adults not even knowing what was going on in the online world, let alone having the knowledge to protect our kids from having this content or their privacy and data  weaponised against them, or how they could tap into this online learning and harness it for good.

Most of the articles on this website have come from a direct link to my own experience, either written by someone I asked to help explain what I couldn’t understand, or maybe a course or book I recommend or created myself to fill a gap in the hopes that it helps someone else.

To make the website easy to navigate I’ve grouped any articles written or shared under one of five categories:

  1. Mind
  2. Body
  3. Marketing
  4. Business and
  5. Creativity

Seeding Knowledge takes courage, kindness and consistency, often with daily hard work and labour not showing results for many years.

To the people who showed their support over the last five years to help me get to a level capable of sharing my own story- I say a heartfelt thankyou.

These people went out of their way to help seed expert knowledge, often at a high cost to their personal and professional careers as they uncovered and shared with me both the light and dark side of their individual craft, imparting many years of elite knowledge formed over prestigious careers.

This website, my social channels and personal story would not be what it is today without their long term commitment to help me not only understand what they were teaching me, but also then passing on skills to transfer this knowledge and seed it back to the community at large.

I will honour their privacy by not naming them on the internet for all to read, but if you are one of the people who have helped me during this time and are reading this now, please take this small thank you as a large appreciation for all that you have done.

Much love

Nina xo

Who am I? What do I stand for?

who am i what do i stand for?

If you don’t know who you are, then how can you know what you stand for.

It’s time to start finding our way back to our true self and our core values.

So many of us are unaware that we are living by a set of beliefs and software programming that are embedded into our blueprint during our childhood.

All of a sudden we wake up one day feeling tired and weary, we have no motivation and can no longer see joy in the life we have created for our self, as we aren’t aware of the fact that we have been living as the false self for most of our life.

Holding True to Who You Are

Holding true to who you are

Holding true to who you are is immediately empowering.

When you are living as your true and authentic self, you feel a sense of liberation and freedom as you no longer live by fixed societal beliefs and expectations, but instead start to bring awareness to what feels most truthful to you.
