How often do you look into the mirror and see the weariness in your eyes and lines on your face that shows the hardship you have faced over the years?
Do you remove your mask each night, that covers up your inner pain, struggles and resentment because you haven’t achieved what you want in life?
Do you want this to Change? Are you ready to take Action?
Do you want to be a Change Maker?
In order to make a change in your life, it needs to come from within you, no one else can do this for you, as only you have the power to be present in your life, to acknowledge what it is you want and then take action for it to become your reality.
When you are living like a hamster in a wheel your days will feel long and like ground hog day. You will continue to run around in circles never reaching your desired outcome, as you have created an illusion that you are not worthy and it is out of your reach, because you keep comparing yourself to other people’s academic and socioeconomic status and success.
Mindfulness allows us to change our mindset around who we think we are and allows us play with the idea that we have the power to become whoever we want to be.
But we must do this by practicing the mindful acts of self-love, self-compassion and kindness. We must also stop comparing and judging ourselves to others and start understanding our strengths and weakness’s as we need to embrace both so we can become the Change Maker in our lives.
It is time to start believing that you are the person you dream to be, doing the things you have always wished for, and as this starts to become a reality, make sure you live your life feeling gratitude for what you already have and what is going well.
As when you start to feel abundance with all that you have, you move from the energy vibration of “I don’t have” to “I do have”. When this new frequency start emanating from you, it tells the universe

to receiving what you are deserving of, then amazing opportunities, experiences and people will be more visible to you, as you are now in the receiving mode to accept all that life has to offer you.
You will no longer feel like the exhausted victim, trapped in a life that felt hopeless, with no way out. Instead you start to take action, you realise you are deserving, you do have the power to do this, you can share your gift with others by becoming the Change Maker who is fully aligned to your inner self, your inner truth. All you need to do is believe in yourself.
